Dr Fabio Gonçalves de Oliveira is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at [Henley Business School](https://www.henley.ac.uk/people/fabio-goncalves-de-oliveira?ref=thecriticalloop.com), with 18 years of experience in higher education. 

His academic work is informed by extensive industry experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within multinational companies, as well as work supporting start-ups across Brazil and Latin America. He is also an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of [hypersellers.ai](https://hypersellers.ai/?ref=thecriticalloop.com). His research focuses on the impact and adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI and Conversational AI in sales, entrepreneurship, higher education and organisational workflows.

Fabio is particularly interested in how AI technologies affect people, skills, productivity, governance, the meaning of work and organisational performance. His research draws on socio-technical perspectives, dynamic capabilities, absorptive capacity and strategic management, examining technologies ranging from AI-powered digital humans to agentic systems. His methodological approach combines qualitative and quantitative techniques, including conversation analysis, thematic and content analysis, corpus linguistics, machine learning, GenAI, PLS-SEM and panel data modelling.
